Data Deletion Instructions

Stacked Suite provides tools and resources for marketers, freelancers, agencies and small businesses.

One of those tools is Stacked Scheduler, a social media scheduling and approval tool that may connect to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

This page explains how users can request deletion of their personal data from Stacked Suite and Stacked Scheduler.

How to request data deletion

If you have used Stacked Suite or Stacked Scheduler and would like your personal data deleted, please email [email protected].

Please include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The business, workspace or client name, if applicable
• The social media account or page you connected, if applicable
• A short message confirming that you want your data deleted

What happens after a deletion request

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and relevant personal data will be deleted or anonymised unless certain information needs to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention or legitimate business reasons.

This may include deleting or anonymising:

• Account information
• Workspace or client information
• Approval workflow information
• Connected social media account information
• Access tokens or authorisation credentials
• Scheduled content, where applicable
• Uploaded media, where applicable
• Technical or activity records, where appropriate

Revoking social media platform access

You can also revoke Stacked Scheduler's access to your social media accounts directly through the relevant platform settings.

This may include:

• Facebook settings
• Instagram settings
• LinkedIn settings
• TikTok settings

Revoking access will prevent Stacked Scheduler from publishing to those accounts.

Please note that revoking access through a social media platform does not automatically delete all data held within Stacked Suite or Stacked Scheduler. To request deletion of data held by Stacked Suite or Stacked Scheduler, please email [email protected].
